On March 7th, The New Hampshire Horse Council named Phyllis Marie Elliott, founder and president of Hidden Pond Farm Equine Rescue in Brentwood, the 2022 New Hampshire Horse Person of the Year. In accepting her award, Phyllis was quick to credit the organization’s volunteers, donors, sponsors, and staff for its success in fulfilling its mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming unwanted, neglected and/or abused equines.
